We offer next day delivery in the UK via DPD for orders placed before 12 noon.
There are some areas of the UK not covered by DPD. Notably Northern Ireland. Therefore we have a Royal Mail delivery option.
DPD is tracked and delivers next day. Please choose DPD at checkout. If you use DPD a tracking email is sent by DPD. Additionally if you have included your mobile number in your delivery details you will receive a tracking text with the delivery time to the nearest hour. [Your mobile number will not be used for anything but delivery notifications.]
For International orders you will have to pay any local taxes and duties required locally in addition to the price paid on this web site.
Canadian Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped UPS Expedited Tracked at a cost of £19.99. Up to seven days for delivery.
All Continental European and Republic or Ireland Orders are Shipped UPS expedited tracked, Up to five days delivery. Cost £19.99

International Delivery
All countries where vaping is legal. We do not deliver to Turkey, USA, or India,
7 to 10 working days. Generally five days for Europe and 7 days for USA and Canada.
The price paid on this web site is exclusive of any local taxes which may be payable to the courier or local customs on delivery.
EU VAT and possibly duties will be payable to you local customs agent or courier, in addition to the price paid on this web site

Returns
Just return the item in the shipping envelope marked return to sender. Our address is Suite 206 8 Lombard Road London SW19 3TZ . Please include your invoice/delivery note for a rapid refund.

We offer a 90 day warranty on all non consumable products. Tanks liquids and coils are consumables.
